Once the onboarding process is complete, you will receive account details to login and within one hour of your account opening you will also receive confirmation of your subscription plan and payment.
In the Account Dashboard, enquiries are received, logged and our technology automatically filters enquiries from customers to ensure you only receive enquiries you want to quote.
Within the Hire Enquiries tab made you will see a list of all enquiries submitted to your business. Detailed will be the customer name, Postcode, Product Category and any comments they have added to the enquiry.
Each quote you send will then allow the live chat feature where you can speak directly with the Customer to confirm any additional details such as equipment specifications, contractable fees, date, delivery/collection and payment terms.
Once the customer is happy with your quote you finalise direct with the customer, all payments for hire agreements are made between you and the customer. National Tools UK do not take payment for the hire nor do we charge commission fees.

The Fixed Fee Promise
Our promise to you is that regardless of the success you have on our platform your monthly fee will remain the same during your 12 month agreement.
We do not charge commissions on your hire agreements, this means you protect your profit margins and know that other than your monthly subscription fee there are no other costs.

No, all we do is connect customers and suppliers. Customers will pay you directly.

No, what you see is what you get, when you sign up to one of our plans you pay exactly what the plan says and that is fixed for 12 months.
How do I integrate it with my current business model?
